Once you complete your Why Worksheet, map out your dedicated insurance schedule and send it directly to your upline today.

• Your schedule should reflect the hours you committed to during your interview: 25+ hours/week part-time or 40+ hours/week full-time.
• Do not wait until you are contracted to start following your schedule. Once licensed, you are expected to clock into Discord during your scheduled insurance hours.
• While waiting for carrier approvals, use these hours for training, shadowing live calls, mastering the scripts, learning Discord, and preparing to get on the phones.
• Treat these hours exactly as you would if you were already actively selling.
